The Madden 21 Superstar Edition usually retails for about $80 and instead will be about $30 until February 8. In addition, if you end up liking Madden during this free preview window, EA is offering a hefty discount on a premium version of the game. With that being said, we thought we would make a Madden 21 guide of sorts that fills you in on how to maximize your time during this free preview. Now, we have not played the Google Stadia version as of yet, but we assume that version will be the current-gen/PC version. This includes current-gen consoles, next-gen consoles, PC, and now even Google Stadia - which means you can also now play Madden on your phone. If you go to the digital store of your platform of choice, Madden should be there for download. I’d have already gone the refund route but I really enjoy the game and just wish it would work.So as of today, Madden NFL 21 is free for everyone on every platform until January 31. I’m not even sure it’s a software problem as this is the only PS5 game I’ve tried to run on this console but I’ve ran several PS4 games with no issue at all and never have any issues while in the dashboard. Now I’m trying to decide whether to beg for a refund or to stick it out. I have tried everything, changed graphics mode, turned HDCP (whatever the acronym was) off, turn off console waited and turned back on, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, googled and read and read and read but found no solutions
Tonight I can’t even get into the main menu without it freezing and eventually crashing Last night it was messing up for a couple minutes then straightened out and ran fine for a whole franchise game, decided to play a second since it was working so well but it froze up and crashed before I could get the second game started. Then other times it seems to straighten itself out and run good enough for me to get an offline franchise mode game in. Doesn’t matter what mode I’m in, half the time I can’t even get to the main menu without it crashing.
The game constantly freezes, stutters, and crashes. Haven’t owned madden in like 5 years but just got a PS5 and decided to download 22 about a week ago and it’s been nothing but problems since
